Request a refund

Try Pro for 7 days. If it isn’t for you, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount. After that, payments are not refundable.

1. Email us within 7 days of your payment, from the address you paid with.
2. Include your payment reference, or the date and amount of the payment. Never send a full card number.
3. We confirm by email and the refund goes back to the original payment method.
