Cancel or change my plan

Pro comes in three plans: monthly, yearly and lifetime. All prices are inclusive of GST and VAT.

1. To cancel a monthly or yearly plan, email us before the next renewal date. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for.
2. To switch between monthly and yearly, email us and tell us which you want. The change takes effect from your next renewal.
3. A lifetime plan is a single payment with nothing to renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Try Pro for 7 days. If it isn’t for you, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount. After that, payments are not refundable.
