Every Pro plan (monthly, yearly and lifetime) comes with a 7-day trial. Use the whole library for 7 days, and if it isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of paying and we will refund the full amount.
02After the first 7 days
After 7 days, payments are not refundable. You can still stop a monthly or yearly plan at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
03How to cancel
You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan at any time so that it does not renew. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and you keep Pro access until that period ends. Lifetime plans are paid once and have nothing to renew.
To cancel, email support@compoundengineer.com from the address you registered with, or use the billing link in your payment receipt, if one is provided.
04How to request a refund
Email support@compoundengineer.com from the address you paid with, within 7 days of your payment, and include your payment reference. We aim to reply within two business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
05Mock interviews and consultations
A booked session can be rescheduled or cancelled in line with the terms shown when you booked. If we cancel or cannot deliver a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund. A session that has taken place is not refundable.
06Renewals and taxes
Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. All prices are inclusive of GST and VAT.
07Exceptions
We will always correct a duplicate charge or a payment taken in error, whatever the date. If we remove your account for breaching our Terms of Service, payments are not refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
