Delete my account

Deleting your account removes your profile, progress and saved data. This can’t be undone.

1. Email us from your account address with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. If you have an active monthly or yearly plan, we stop it first so you are not charged again.
3. We delete your account and personal data and confirm by email.

Payments are still covered by the refund policy: Try Pro for 7 days. If it isn’t for you, ask within 7 days of paying and we refund the full amount. After that, payments are not refundable.
