I can’t log in

Most login problems come down to one of four things. Try them in this order.

1. Check the email address for typos, and that you are using the one you signed up with.
2. On the log in page choose “Forgot password?” and follow the link we email you. Look in spam or promotions if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
3. If you first signed up with Google or GitHub, use that button instead of a password.
4. Try a private window, or another browser, in case a stored cookie is in the way.
